Richard Allen Mahar, 82, passed away at his Centralia. Wash., residence, Monday, Sept. 16, 2019. He was born at Centralia General Hospital, July 27, 1937, to Phillip Earl and Josephine Estella (Bouchard) Mahar.

Mary Ann (nee Alderman) McCarty, 87, passed away peacefully Nov. 1, 2019, at Providence St. Peter Hospital in Olympia, Wash., from complications of a stroke. She was surrounded and blessed by family and numerous friends throughout her hospital stay.

William “Bill” Gillingham, 90, passed away Sunday, Aug. 11, 2019, after a brief illness. He was the youngest of seven children born to Harvey and Catherine Gillingham, in Galvin, Wash.

Daniel P. Elizaga, MD, 81, formerly of Morton, Wash., passed away Aug. 11, 2019, in AdventHealth Hospital, Wesley Chapel, Fla., of advanced heart failure.

Karen Lee Anderson, 70, passed away Aug. 12, 2019, at St. Joseph’s Medical Center in Tacoma, Wash., surrounded by her family. She was born Dec. 4, 1948, in Centralia, Wash., the daughter of Ira Alvin White and Alice Laverne White (Wilson).

Leonard H. “Robbie” Robison born to Wallace and Minnie Robison, Oct. 8, 1926, in Windsor, Colo., and passed away peacefully Aug. 7, 2019, in Tacoma, Wash. Leonard enlisted in the United States Navy and served in World War II. Upon his return, he met Shirley McKinley and they married July 26, 1947.
