Victoria Ferrer is the person the City Council needs! She has been a resident of Battle Ground for many years, is raising a family here and has a history of being civically active. She is concerned that Battle Ground is growing faster than the infrastructure is ready for and will work to find solutions. She has been spending her time going door to door talking with residents, getting to know them and listening to their concerns and desires.
