People of Battle Ground, the clear choice for council seat 3 is Dan Dingham. He was picked for the seat after being interviewed due to a member’s relocation from the area. They made the correct choice.
The opposition, Victoria Ferrer, has been delinquent to ALL council meetings this year, with the exception of the meeting in which she announced her candidacy. Victoria does not seem committed or worthy to sit on the council.
I have emailed her campaign website and asked why she has not attended council meetings and have yet to receive an answer. I also asked why she is reluctant to meet with the League of Women Voters and, again, no response. Dan is a rational voice among all the chaos and a clear choice in November. “Ninety percent of life is showing up.”
