North Clark Historical Museum to celebrate 27th anniversary

The North Clark Historical Museum will celebrate their 27th anniversary with an annual membership meeting on Sat., Feb. 21.

The meeting will begin at 6 p.m. with a Silent Auction of new and “like new’’ donated items and a potluck. The museum is located at 21416 NE 399th St, Amboy.

An informational meeting will begin at 7 p.m. including presentation of a new slate officers for the Board of Directors, active membership vote and Community Citizen Award. The 2015 raffle quilt will debut, designed by the Museum Quilters, entitled "North Clark Hunters Star." The drawing for the quilt will take place Nov. 7 at the Community Celebration Honoring Veterans.



A Grand Old Auction will conclude the evening.

The event welcomes museum members, museum friends and the public. Auction fundraising supports museum

maintenance and development. A Basement Sale will be held Sun., Feb. 22, noon to 4 p.m. of leftover items. Donations are accepted on Saturdays, noon to 4 p.m. at the museum until the event.
