I hate to depart from the usual serious nature of the letters that I see in this section, but I think anyone would agree that my topic is much more urgent in nature ... that is, if you find yourself at Lewisville Park and needing a restroom.
Why all the concern over something like a bathroom? Simple ... bathrooms are one of those things that everyone takes for granted, until you need one and find it locked, then you are up S--- Creek (well you know the saying) without a paddle.
I know it probably has something to do with budget cuts, but could the Parks Department consider opening at least one more bathroom (hint, hint the one by the ball field that is always locked over the winter months would be great)?
One more open bathroom would give Lewisville broader restroom coverage and would help those of us that find ourselves stuck at the end of the park, staring at the lock on the restroom door and well, you know, with no paddle.
