Kids are our future. I know you have all heard that popular saying, but it’s true. Without great school programs, and a talented, caring staff, Hockinson students have and will make a difference in our world.
On Feb. 9, you will be asked to vote for a replacement levy to support our schools. Hockinson voters have consistently voted to approve our levies in order to continue the excellence of education for our students. When my husband and I moved to Hockinson in 1991, we were told that Hockinson schools were some of the best in the state. I am so happy that both of our kids were able to take advantage of this outstanding education, to go on to be successful adults. Hockinson teachers are top notch and the programs are constantly striving for excellence.
With the support of our great community, let’s continue to give our kids the tools they need to achieve their goals and the future that they deserve. Please vote “Yes’’ for the school levy on Feb. 9.
