It is with pleasure that I write to recommend voting for Vicki Kraft in the 17th District. During Vicki’s first term she has demonstrated her adeptness and mastery of the legislative process. Her bipartisan bill provided a sales tax exemption for disabled veterans who need accessible housing, her involvement in solving the education budget dilemma, her support for a third bridge across the Columbia River and her firm stance against Oregon penalizing Washingtonians by placing tolls on the freeways are examples of how Vicki identifies the issues that are real and impacting for residents of the 17th District.
Her experience prior to becoming a legislator of owning small businesses, consulting for non-profit organizations and working with federal agencies have created a bedrock of experience that enables her to serve her constituents optimally.
What may be difficult to document on her legislative record is her high level of honesty, hard work and integrity. Those character qualities are the hallmark of a representative that we should be proud to re-elect to the legislature. I hope you support Vicki Kraft.
