Gail “Cowboy” Modrall

Gail “Cowboy” Modrall (76) passed away peacefully at home on 04/12/2019.

He was born at home on 08/08/1942 in Pomona, Missouri to Ralph and Sylvia Modrall. When he was 15 met his wife Charlotte and later graduated from Hudson’s Bay in 1960. He was trained as a Sharp Shooter for the U.S. Army then continued to serve our country in the Reserves.

Gail and Charlotte were married in 1961. For 25 years he was a wire and cable operator for Alcoa, then was a carpenter for Bonneville Power Administration until 2003. He had a passion for horses, hunting, team roping and his family.

Gail is survived by his wife Charlotte Modrall. His children Kimberly (Danny) Green and Sherry (Jacob) Couture. Grandchildren Alexander Green, Selina Ayers, Mitchell Green, and Hannah Couture. Great-Grandchildren Raelynn, Kailei, and Jameson Ayers.

The service is open to all at Haydu Park in Kalama, Washington on 05/19/2019 at 2:00 PM. In his honor western or military wear is encouraged.
