BRIAN TSUGAWA and NICOLE PETERSON
Nicole Starr Peterson of Vancouver, daughter of Tom and Anita Peterson of Battle Ground, and Brian Daniel Tsugawa of Vancouver, son of Brian Tsugawa of Beaverton and Brenda Tsugawa of Tigard, recently announced their engagement.
The couple will be married May 28 at McMenamin’s Edgefield in Troutdale.
The bride to be has a Bachelor of Arts in social sciences with concentration in political science from Washington State University and is currently employed as a contract government worker. The groom to be has a Bachelor of Arts in business from Washington State University and works for the railroad.
