BIA puts fresh twist on New Homes Tour

This year the Building Industry Association of Clark County (BIA) offers a unique way to experience the New Homes Tour presented by DeWils & NW Natural.

The kickoff event – Chef, Hop & Vine – partners local restaurants, breweries and wineries with seven  new homes to create what is said to be not-to-be missed culinary destinations across the county on Thu., April 30.

Half of the proceeds from the evening will benefit the Share Backpack Program. Tickets are $40. This is a 21-and-older event.

Culinary & Construction Pairings for Chef, Hop & Vine include: 

• PACIFIC LIFESTYLE HOMES – Farrar’s Bistro & Confluence Winery

• WAVERLY HOMES – The Grant House & Burnt Bridge Cellars

• GAITHER HOMES – Mill Creek Pub & Alameda Brewing Co.

• KINGSTON HOMES – Hudson’s Bar & Grill & Fortside Brewing

• URBAN NW HOMES – Lapellah & Mt. Tabor Brewing



• PAHLISCH HOMES – Feast 316 & Koi Pond Cellars

• CASCADE WEST – Man Kakes & Pacific Perks 

Tickets are limited to the first 500 people (21 and older) and must be purchased in advance. Tickets can be purchased online at www.BIAofClarkCounty.org or at DeWils Showcase located at 11014 NE Fourth Plain Road, Vancouver.

The New Homes Tour features 20 of the hottest new home products on the market. Attendees have two weekends (May 2 & 3 and 9 & 10) to visit a wide variety of home styles created by 11 different builders.

To participate in this free event attendees go to www.BuyNowClarkCounty.com and print a map. Visitors can choose to start at any home on the tour. The homes are open from 11 a.m.–5 p.m. each day of the event.
