Thanksgiving service

Eighteen local churches will join for a community Thanksgiving Eve Service at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 27. 

The gathering will take at the Church of the Holy Spirit (2400 NW Ninth Ave., Battle Ground). This year’s speaker will be Pastor Jon Seibert from the Battle Ground campus of Summit View Church.

All funds raised at the offering from the event will be donated to the North County Community Food Bank. Last year, the service raised $1,890. Donations of non-perishable food items are also welcome. For more information on the event call Pastor Ed Staton at (360) 687-3104.
