Innovative Services NW recently announced that Bobbi Heitschmidt has joined the Board of Directors.
Heitschmidt is the territory manager of Southwest Washington, vice president at Sterling Bank in Vancouver. She is responsible for leading a team of 11 retail bank branches and has been successful in promoting products and services at the bank and developing and motivating branch managers to achieve their goals.
Heitschmidt has extensive experience building and maintaining strong business relationships with internal and external customers. Prior to her work at Sterling Bank, Heitschmidt was the regional sales manager at The Hartford in Seattle.
Heitschmidt has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Northern Colorado.
