Two area wrestlers become state champions at Tacoma Dome
Faith Tarrant, of Prairie High School, was named the 2023 WIAA 3A/4A girls state champion wrestler in the 235-pound category on Saturday, Feb. 18, at the Mat Classic at the Tacoma Dome.

Malachi Wallway, of La Center High School, was named the 2023 WIAA 1A boys state championship wrestler in the 120-pound weight division on Saturday, Feb. 18, at the Mat Classic in Tacoma.
