Addison Randall, a freshman at Prairie High School, spent a week serving as a Washington House page in Olympia, sponsored by 18th District Rep. Stephanie McClintock.

“It was a pleasure to sponsor Addison in Olympia this week,” McClintock said in a news release. “She is a talented young woman with a positive attitude and lots of enthusiasm. She is bright, thoughtful and hard-working and did an excellent job as a page. I enjoyed working with her.”

Randall, 15, carried out numerous duties to help the Legislature operate efficiently, including delivering messages and documents to legislators and staff and assisting on the House floor, according to the release.

In addition to working with McClintock during her week serving as a page, Addison attended Legislative Page School every day to learn about the three branches of state government, the lawmaking process and the importance of civil discourse.
