A Brush Prairie man recently had a collection of autobiographical short stories published.
According to a press release, “Memorable Life Adventure” provides glimpses into Brush Prairie native Al O’Connor’s boyhood to present life.
The book’s collection of autobiographical short stories is about a well-lived life where everyday happenings are viewed as adventures often filled with humor, according to the release. “Hopefully, O’Connor’s own stories will inspire others to reminisce about their own life in the spirit of adventure,” the release stated.
O’Connor is a lover of the outdoors and has had a passion for fishing, hunting and hiking from a young age. O’Connor is currently a member of several hunting and fishing groups that advocate for conserving, preserving and enhancing wildlife and their habitats, the release added.
His hobbies include hunting, fishing, crabbing, clam digging and many other activities.
