Personnel at Clark County Fire District 3 and AMR Paramedic were recently reunited with a person they helped aid a few months ago following a motor vehicle accident.
Fire District 3 stated McKenna suffered critical injuries following the accident.
“We were very excited to have the opportunity to meet this young lady, see first hand her remarkable recovery, and hear her story,” stated the fire district on social media. “No doubt the efforts of bystanders, our firefighters, the AMR crew, and hospital staff contributed to such a positive outcome. But the determination and strong will of McKenna and her family is truly what has lead to her unbelievable recovery. We’re proud of you. Congratulations to you on your first day back to school by the way. All of us here at Fire District 3 wish you the very best as you continue to heal. ”
