Clark County agency affiliated counselor suspended on charges of sexual misconduct

State health officials suspended the credential of Clark County agency affiliated counselor Alicia Kaye Stowe, pending further legal action.

According to charges, Stowe allegedly entered into a sexual relationship with a minor patient, a news release by the Washington Department of Health stated. Stowe was criminally charged with first-degree sexual misconduct with a minor, a class C felony.

Stowe can no longer practice in Washington until the charges against her credential are resolved. She has 20 days to respond to the charges and request a hearing, the release adds.
