State health officials suspended the credential of Clark County agency affiliated counselor Alicia Kaye Stowe, pending further legal action.
According to charges, Stowe allegedly entered into a sexual relationship with a minor patient, a news release by the Washington Department of Health stated. Stowe was criminally charged with first-degree sexual misconduct with a minor, a class C felony.
Stowe can no longer practice in Washington until the charges against her credential are resolved. She has 20 days to respond to the charges and request a hearing, the release adds.
