Galeotti’s in downtown Battle Ground is built on the philosophy of a home-cooked meal in an environment where everyone is family.
When creating the restaurant’s menu, Galeotti’s Owner Michael Galeotti recently said, "Love is the ingredient that makes great food taste like stars are bouncing on your tongue."
On both the lunch and dinner menus, Galeotti makes sure the food continually meets his expectations.
The lunch menu includes multiple salads including a featured Northwest Salad consisting of organic chopped romaine with corn, chicken, avocado, pumpkin seeds, roasted red peppers, cilantro, pepper jack cheese, black beans and tortilla chips tossed in cilantro vinaigrette.
The menu also has multiple versions of burgers, using Kobe beef, buffalo beef and a garden burger in addition to multiple styles of sandwiches and wraps.
The dinner menu consists of a wide array of pastas, poultry, pork, lamb and seafood entrées allowing Galeotti’s patrons a variety of options to dine on.
A popular item on the dinner menu is the Parmesan Crusted Halibut that is pan seared and served in a simple garlic alfredo sauce.
Galeotti’s also offers wine and beer available by the glass, bottle or on tap. The restaurant currently offers 25 different wines available for purchase by the glass or bottle.
Galeotti’s recently under went construction during the Thanksgiving weekend, which added new cork floors in the dining area.
Galeotti’s is open Mon.-Wed., 11 a.m.-10 p.m., Thurs.-Sat., 11 a.m.-11 p.m., and Sunday, 4-10 p.m. The restaurant also offers catering services as well as a special event room, available with reservation.
