129540 NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by Clark County, Washington until 1:50 P.M. on April 23, 2024 for: Project No. 0002920, Moulton Falls Pedestrian Bridge. Sealed bids shall be delivered to the office of Clark County Purchasing, Public Service Center, 1300 Franklin Street, Suite 650, Vancouver, Washington 98660 (or P.O. Box 5000, Vancouver, WA 98666-5000). Bids delivered to locations other than as indicated above or received after the time indicated above will not be accepted. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 2:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter as possible, on the same day in the Hearing Room of the Clark County Council, 6th Floor of the Public Service Center. Description of work: This project will repair, restore, and paint the exterior of the glulam arch bridge that is located on the trail that crosses the East Fork Lewis River at Moulton Falls Regional Park. Primary bid items: Structural carbon steel, salt-treated timber and lumber, replace/tighten fastener components, adhesive injection sealant, cleaning and painting, timber protective coating, containment of abrasives, and temporary structures for work access. Bidders are encouraged to "Register as a Bidder" in order to receive automatic email notification of future addenda and to be placed on the Bidders List.
