The proposed project, Ridgefield National Wildlife Refuge Visitors Center, is located approximately 300ft southwest of NW Main Ave & NW 291st St, 1300ft southwest of the intersection of NW 291st St & NW 71st Ave, and north of the existing Ridgefield National Wildlife Refuge Administration building in Ridgefield in Clark County.
