Studio 312 will host a beginner-friendly yoga workshop to deepen experience and understanding of the most common yoga postures from 3-4:30 p.m. on Jan. 27 at 312 NE First Ave., Battle Ground.
The class will be taught by instructors Jamie O’Shea and Rachel Valentine. O’Shea specializes in Flow Yoga, breathing techniques and meditation. Valentine is a certified yoga instructor and certified prenatal/postnatal yoga teacher.
