Individuals and restaurants can’t “buy locally” with the current state and county measures of restrictions.
The real reason Bi-Zi Farms must use less water or sell out to developers is because all the people living in Clark County and surrounding areas will feel deprived if they have to use less water in their houses, yards or businesses. Instead restaurants, motels and county facilities have to use less water and energy, except in a more responsible way.
