Lewis E. Ross was born April 20, 1938, in Wellsville, Ohio and passed away on Feb. 23, 2023 in Ilwaco, Washington. He was the youngest of seven children.
He moved to Battle Ground, Washington in 1969.
For retirement, he enjoyed traveling with Joyce. They RV’d around the United States and took cruises to many beautiful destinations. Lew was an avid rock collector and enjoyed fishing.
For many years he fought the horrible disease of frontotemporal dementia.
He is followed in death by Joyce Lydia Ross and preceded in death by his parents and siblings.
He is survived by his daughters Bonnie Brinkley and Janie Linnerooth and three step-children, Leslie Burroughs, Daniel Burroughs and Laurie Grant, 10 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
He was loved by his family and will be missed very much.
The celebration of life will be held from 10 a.m. to noon at the Moose Lodge, 6719 NE 219th St., Battle Ground, Washington, 98604.
