Born June 2, 1935, in Stockton, California, Gladys May Kerr died Nov. 9, 2024, in Woodland, Washington.
Gladys passed away peacefully at home with her family by her side. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence "Curly" Kerr. She is survived by her daughter, Rhea Bryant; her son, Roy Kerr; five grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
Gladys had a deep love for her flowers and garden. She was known for her kindness, helpfulness and strong work ethic. For many years, she worked at Lamiglas, where she wrapped fishing poles (cellophaned them).
She also had a passion for trail riding in the mountains and was a longstanding member of the Clark County Saddle Club. Gladys rode in the Clarkettes Drill Team, participated in numerous game shows and roped (both heading and heeling) with Curly.
