The first installment of 2025 Clark County property taxes is due Tuesday, April 30. Tax statements were mailed during the week of Feb. 20.

If taxpayers are expecting a mailed statement and didn’t receive one, or have questions, they should visit clark.wa.gov/treasurer, or contact the Treasurer’s Office at 564-397-2252 for a duplicate statement, a news release by Clark County stated.

The Treasurer’s Office recommends taxpayers pay by mail or online. If in-person service is needed, the Treasurer’s Office is open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Thursday, on the second floor of the Public Service Center, 1300 Franklin St., Vancouver.

Taxpayers may pay property taxes online from their checking or savings accounts or by using a credit or debit card. Payments from electronic checking and savings accounts are free, while debit card users are charged a $3.95 vendor fee, and credit card payments are assessed a 2.39% vendor fee, according to the news release.

To make a payment, go to clark.wa.gov/treasurer/pay ment-options or call 833-440-8685. To register to receive tax statements electronically and manage property taxes online, go to tinyurl.com/2v7y7jbt.

Tax payments can be mailed via standard mail to the Clark County Treasurer, PO Box 35150, Seattle, WA 98124-5150, or by overnight mail at Clark County Treasurer, 1300 Franklin St., second floor, Vancouver, WA 98660-2865. Taxpayers are encouraged to use the return envelope and payment coupon provided with their statement to mail their payments, the news release stated.

Payment transactions must be postmarked by Tuesday, April 30, to avoid interest charges.
