Clark County is seeking volunteers to fill two openings on its Ethics Review Commission, which reviews complaints involving alleged violations of the county’s code of ethics.
The openings are for three-year terms that begin immediately and end Oct. 31, 2029. Members must be qualified in government ethics and cannot hold elected office, serve as an officer of a political party or work for the county during their tenure, according to a Clark County news release.
The commission meets quarterly and holds special meetings as needed, with options to attend in person or virtually.
Interested applicants should send a letter of interest and résumé to Michelle Pfenning, council administrative assistant, at P.O. Box 5000, Vancouver, WA 98666-5000, or email michelle.pfenning@clark.wa.gov. Applications are due by 5 p.m. Friday, Oct. 30.
