Clark County Council appoints two members to Planning Commission

The Clark County Council has appointed Ron Barca, of Battle Ground, and Alicia LeDuc Montgomery, of Amboy, to two open seats on the county’s volunteer Planning Commission.

LeDuc Montgomer will serve a six-year term beginning Jan. 1, 2026, through Dec. 31, 2031. Barca was appointed to a four-year term running Jan. 1, 2026, through Dec. 31, 2029, a Clark County news release stated.

Barca works as a lean practitioner for Wolf Industries Inc. in Battle Ground and previously served on the Planning Commission. He has participated in the county’s Housing Options Study and Action Plan and has been involved in land-use policy advocacy since 1994.

LeDuc Montgomery is the managing attorney at LeDuc Montgomery LLC and has experience representing public agencies on government and land-use matters. She holds degrees in business administration, public administration and law.
