Battle Ground Rotary donated more than $1,000 in school supplies to Laurin Middle School on Tuesday, March 10, following a month-long supply drive to support Battle Ground Public Schools (BGPS) students.
Rotary members collected the supplies in February to help replenish classroom materials such as pencils, markers and paper, which are often depleted midway through the school year, according to a press release from Battle Ground Rotary.
Rotarians Sean Miller and Jessica Ambrose delivered the supplies and were joined by Laurin Middle School counselors Amy Nielsen and Marlee Kent.
