Battle Ground Public Schools announced the October winners of the Employee Recognition Awards in an Oct. 28 press release.
The awards highlight staff members who “embody the district’s values and commitment to student learning,” the release stated. Nominations are open to every staff member in Battle Ground Public Schools.
October’s Employee Recognition Award winners are:
• Dustin Swain, custodian, Pleasant Valley Middle School
• Bonnie Roggenkamp, counselor, Battle Ground Virtual Academy
• Angela Borges, teacher, CAM Academy
• Mary Woodard, secretary, Pleasant Valley Primary School
• Laura Ochoa, paraeducator, Prairie High School
