The city of Battle Ground is offering grants to support exterior improvements for businesses and commercial properties in Old Town.
The Old Town Facade Improvement Grant Program will distribute up to $50,000 in matching grants, with eligible applicants receiving up to $10,000. Applicants may only apply for one grant, according to a City of Battle Ground news release.
Funding may be used for exterior improvements such as paint, signage, lighting, awnings, murals, windows and storefront renovations. Grants are available to commercial property owners and retail business tenants in the Old Town area along East Main Street and Northeast and Southeast First streets between Parkway and Fairgrounds Avenue.
Applications will be accepted through Monday, June 30, on a first-come, first-served basis until funds are exhausted.
Applications are available at cityofbg.org/OldTownGrant.
