The City of Battle Ground has launched a new electronic plan review system, offering a fully paperless process for permit, planning and engineering applications. The system became available on Dec. 1.
The news system allows applicants to submit documents online, track review progress and communicate with staff through the city’s Customer Self Service portal. The change is intended to modernize application processing and improve accessibility for residents and commercial professionals, a City of Battle Ground news release stated.
“This launch represents an important step forward in how we serve our community,” Community Development Director Kristin Lehto said in the release. “By moving to a paperless system, we’re improving efficiency, reducing wait times and giving residents and businesses a convenient tool to stay informed throughout every stage of their project.”
