Yeah exactly no one voted yes to issue permit after permit to turn our beautiful farming community and land into subdivisions as far as the eye can see. No one wants this and the tax payers are sick and tired of being taxed to fund everything. Go to the builders and developers who are making the money and hit them up for more. Impact fees are already some of the highest in the state. Property taxes are out of control with no end in sight. Record inflation. Show us you can manage the money you have before asking for more and stop with the scare tactics to try to get parents on board to fund your lavish projects. Where is the money going to come from to hire all these extra teachers for your doom and gloom scenario? You think the teachers unions will get on board with your ideas? Ha good luck there. Show us the real numbers because all I seem to see is a bunch of speculation about this and that. Families aren't buying $750k homes in subdivisions and kids are being pulled out of public schools at a record pace. Jeesh enough already.
