Salmon Creek Hospital Foundation hosts seminar

Salmon Creek Hospital Foundation supports the many programs and services Legacy Salmon Creek Medical Center provides to Southwest Washington.

Legacy Health offers an array of educational forums that are opened to all members of the community. In January, Legacy Health will offer an estate planning seminar. The session will reveal data about the rising popularity of estate planning and focus on specific tools and techniques everyone needs to consider while developing a tax-efficient and loving, estate distribution plan for the people and places they care about.

The workshop, entitled “Your Complete Estate Planning Tool Kit,’’ will be held Wed., Jan. 28, 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. at Legacy Salmon Creek Medical Center, 3rd Floor conference rooms C & D, 2211 NE 139th Street, Vancouver.

The “estate planning tool kit” workshop and no-cost lunch isn’t a fundraising gimmick or just a new way to get people to give money to Legacy Health. The goal is simply to serve people well in an often complicated and confusing area of their lives.

Ridgefield resident Gene Christian, a recognized regional leader, will be the workshop presenter and then be available to those who would like to confidentially discuss their estate plans. His job is simply to help you make decisions about where, and how, to leave the financial resources you have accumulated during your lifetime to the people, and places, you care most about.

To RSVP for the event, contact Shirley Gross, Salmon Creek Hospital Foundation Associate Director of Development at (360) 487-3457 or skgross@lhs.org. RSVP by Jan. 22 as space is limited.
