Dick and Marion Bernards of Ridgefield recently celebrated their golden 50th wedding anniversary. The couple was married April 25, 1964, at Saint Mary of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Ridgefield.
Dick and Marion have two daughters, Paula Bernards of Ridgefield and Laura (John) Peterson of Vancouver, and two granddaughters, Alyssa and Annalise.
Marion is a retired registered nurse and teacher’s aide and Dick is a retired high school science and horticulture teacher.
To celebrate, the family has scheduled a cruise to Alaska.
