Pike has not wavered on what she stands for

On Jan. 13, an article in The Reflector announced Shane Bowman was running for a legislative seat, Position 2 in the 18th District. This position is currently occupied by Liz Pike has seen Liz return the position to conservative values and a consequent conservative voting record in Olympia.

This got me to wondering why Mr. Bowman would oppose Liz. Shane was quoted as saying, “I’m running for state representative to apply my leadership skills and ability to work effectively with diverse people and communities to better serve the citizens of the 18th.” Elsewhere he has criticized Liz for poling the people before making decisions.

Well let me tell you why I support Liz Pike. Liz has not wavered on what she stands for and her voting record proves it. Her efforts to represent the people in the cities of the 18th by gathering their opinions shows her dedication to serving the people, all the people. She has demonstrated what good leadership is in her years of public service.

Read between the lines of Mr. Bowman’s statement and you will see the collaboration he will have with sold out politicians like Ann “gas tax” Rivers who do not support the values of the people I meet in Clark County.

That is why I am and will be supporting Liz Pike and the re-election of Liz Pike, rather than sold out politicians.
