A wonderful team still running The Reflector

Posted

We say it takes a village to build a community.

And it takes a team to build a business. Yes, individuals can and do make a difference. But, big picture, successful businesses have a strong team. Sometimes it is hard to lose a team member. Sometimes it is for the best.

We don’t often know all the details.

A few weeks back The Reflector bid farewell to Ken Vance. Respectfully for the paper and for Mr. Vance, details were not given. Everyone always wants the details, wants to be “in the know.” But do we really need to? I don’t know details and know legally we may never know. All I know is The Reflector still has a wonderful team running the paper. They have a great group of individuals serving our community. Superior reporters, graphic designers, receptionists, photographers and managers. The Reflector has always been our community paper. One who celebrates community wins with us. One that helps businesses grow their customer base and awareness of their offerings. The Reflector helps us get the word out to our neighbors in times of triumph and tragedy.

I ask you to focus on the team at The Reflector and the amazing job they have always done and continue to do for our community.
