Why is Julia Anderson deserving of your vote for Clark Public Utilities Commissioner? Because she “gets it.” She understands that the way to learn what the utility’s customer-owners want, is to be involved in the whole community so she is accessible and has many opportunities to talk to people. Maybe it’s because Julia’s a former journalist and business editor that she enjoys learning about people’s ideas and opinions. My experience is that she listens well and she acts on information she gains.

Julia knows how to ask tough questions. She keeps digging until she has the facts and then can turn around and explain a complex issue in layman’s terms. She is an excellent communicator. The job of a citizen board is to know what customers want; then consider those opinions along with the recommendations of the professional staff to make key policy decisions. I encourage you to learn more about Julia Anderson at electjuliaanderson.com and join me in giving her your vote.
