If you vote for Pike, you will get what your deserve

I personally subscribe to the old adage that you can judge one’s character not by what they say but what they do.  

 

If you apply that standard to a fella like Dave Madore you would have to draw the conclusion that he has no respect for the will of the voters, good governance, democratic principles, or rule of law. His actions leave no doubt that his philosophy of governance is, voters be damned, I will do what I want. For those of you who have been paying attention I am stating the obvious.

 

What has been so surprising and very disappointing is that Representative Liz Pike is apparently of the same philospophy.  Her view of the electoral process demonstrates a lack of character and personal integrity by acting as a “write-in” surrogate for Madore in the County Councilor chair race. Her actions are troubling but more importantly they are dangerous in regards to our democratic system of government. Therefore, know that if you vote for Liz Pike, don’t complain about your government because you will get the government you deserve.
