Judy Chipman gets my vote for Clark Public Utilities Commissioner, District 1 in the upcoming primary election. Chipman is a proven leader, an energy industry expert and trained negotiator. Her incumbent opponent has seen his day in the sun and should retire. Chipman’s other primary candidate, Sherry Erickson, has neither the people skills nor the track record to be a viable candidate.
