Larry Dean Winters, 68, died Dec. 29, 2018. He was born Oct. 05, 1950. Winters is survived by his wife of 33 years, Cynthia, father Ray (Betty) Winters, five children, 21 grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren. Winters is preceded in death by his mother, Ayla, two brothers, and one granddaughter. The funeral will be held Friday, Jan. 18, 2019 at Willamette National Cemetery.
