Joseph Lawrence Owens of Battle Ground, Washington, was born on Feb. 12,1942 and passed away on Jan. 29, 2018.
Survivors include his wife Dianne Owens of Battle Ground; daughters Arlene (Joel) Smith, Annette Jacobs, Cheryl (Dave) Gullo; and son Justin Owens; and six grandchildren. Memorial services will be held 1 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 10, 2018, at Battle Ground Baptist Church.
