Philip Joesph Phimister of Vancouver, Washington, was born Aug. 10, 1953 and died Aug. 17, 2017. He was a retired teacher and coach from Prairie High School and is survived by his wife Teresa; two daughters, Amy Campbell and Molly Taylor; and one grandchild Plum Taylor. Service and reception will be 10 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 9 at 10am at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Vancouver, Washington.
