Jeff Hegney passed away in Bremerton, WA at 63. He was raised in Forest Grove, Oregon and spent many years as a resident of Yacolt, where he raised his children and owned Jeff’s Automotive. A gathering will take place at the Historic Covington House, 4201 Main St, Vancouver, March 16 at 5 p.m.
