New Voter Registration Window to Close on Oct. 30

Voters not currently registered in Washington state have until Monday, Oct. 30, to do so if they want to vote in the Nov. 7 general election.

Individuals who are not currently registered to vote in the state may register in person up to eight days prior to the election, according to a press release from the Lewis County Auditor’s Office.

The auditor’s office is open from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. It is located at the courthouse, 351 NW North St., Chehalis.



The auditor’s office also provides assistance to individuals with disabilities and the elderly for registration and voting.
