Woodland’s first professional Vinyasa flow yoga studio – Epic Yoga – is now open at 1933 Belmont Loop off I-5 exit 22.
Yinyasa yoga means linking one movement to one breath, according to a news release from Epic Yoga. The company provides a variety of classes for all experience levels. Classes are scheduled Monday through Thursday, with more planned for the future.
Owner and instructor Jacking Southerland has 12 years of experience and education in personal fitness training, nutrition and life coaching. She is a registered yoga teacher through the Yoga Alliance.
