The Clark County Sheriff’s Office Major Crimes Unit is investigating a possible double homicide in Amboy that happened over the weekend.
A release from the sheriff’s office Sunday announced that deputies responded to the 24700 block of Northeast 419th Street, Amboy at about 7 p.m. June 22 on a report of a possible homicide. Upon arrival, the deputies found the bodies of two deceased males, both of whom appeared to have been shot.
One of the victims appeared to have died by a self-inflicted injury, the sheriff’s office noted.
As of press deadline, the names of the two victims had not been released until family members were notified, and the investigation was ongoing.
