Identity Clark County (ICC) has named Battle Ground Businessman Kevin Tapani to its board of directors, a release from the group announced last week.

Tapani brings nearly three decades of experience with Battle Ground-based Tapani Inc., where he serves as vice president and chief financial officer. The business performs heavy civil site construction and structural concrete services throughout the Pacific Northwest, ICC’s announcement states.

Outside of the ICC board, Tapani also serves on the Battle Ground Planning Commission and boards of the Northwest Utilities Contractors Association and Columbia River Economic Development Council.

ICC is a privately-funded nonprofit comprising roughly 90 business leaders in the county that works to improve the county to make it “a desired place where people can land, live and learn for a lifetime” according to its website
