A new partnership between Clark Public Utilities and the City of Battle Ground makes swapping out lights more convenient for Battle Ground and north Clark County customers.
Bring two CFL bulbs to Battle Ground City Hall, 109 SW First St., for proper disposal and you will receive four free LED bulbs. Light bulbs can be exchanged at the utility reception desk on the second floor during regular business hours, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
