Richard & Jinnie Langenbach will celebrate 50 years

Richard and Jinnie Langenbach of Amboy will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with a celebration Sat., June 13, 1-4 p.m., at the Mt. Valley Grange in Amboy. James and Kristina Langenbach are hosting the reception at the grange.

Richard and Jinnie were married June 12, 1965, in Olympia. Richard attended Olympia High School, Western Washington University and the University of Portland. He worked as a teacher at several school districts, including Tumwater, Beaverton and Battle Ground. He is also a retired Army Reserve LTC. His hobbies include his old model car collection and traveling.



Jinnie attended Tumwater High School and was the owner/operator of Plaza Groom & Pet. Her hobbies include quilting, long distance swimming and sailing. Richard and Jinnie are also members of the Amboy Church of the Nazarene.

Richard and Jinnie have two children, Matt Langenbach, who lives in Florida with wife Penny and son Zach; and James Langenbach, who lives in Battle Ground with wife Kristina, son Ben and daughter Seanna.
