With a kitchen that felt like a cave and too many dividing walls, this overall-dated design did not make this house a dream home.
T-Square Remodeling introduced an open contemporary design with hickory cabinets, granite countertops, tile backsplash, and space to move. Tile floors were added in the entryway, main living areas and kitchen.
New carpet in the bedrooms and dining brought a welcome change to this Fairway Village home. A smaller bedroom was reworked into a dual office/bed space. The master and hallway baths both received facelifts as well – with new cabinets, satin granite countertops, tile, glass showers, the works.
A small laundry off the garage and kitchen was enlarged to allow more space and functionality. The new entertainment center along with a natural gas custom tile fireplace bring a nice relaxing touch to this beautiful home.
